We are a non smoking establishment, also the use of candles in the room is prohibited. You’re welcome to smoke in the designated smoking area in the garden.
A deposit of £50 per room is required to secure all reservations. In the event of a cancellation the deposit will only be refundable if we manage to re-let your room for the duration of your booking.
We will always endeavour to re-let rooms to prevent guests further costs. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival date are to be paid in full.
Booking in times are between 4-8 pm. If you know you’re going to be later than this, please ring and let us know.
As the registered guest, you are financially responsible for any excessive cleaning or in the event of damage to towels, furniture and carpets.
In the event of lost keys, the charge will be £20.
